Ibn Sina Technology Tower
The Ibn Sina building is located in the Amirkabir Innovation District on Enghelab Street, Balavar Alley. It has 5½ floors and about 8,000 square metres of usable space. Part of the building houses technology units, innovation centres and accelerators; another part serves the university’s research institutes, and a third part houses its central laboratories.

Professor Hessabi Technology Tower
The nine-storey Professor Hessabi building is located in the Amirkabir Innovation District at the corner of Valiasr Street and Balavar Alley, with a total floor area of about 2,250 square metres. It houses accelerators, the Amirkabir Research and Technology Fund, several major national projects and a number of Science and Technology Park companies.

Nafis Technology Tower
The building is located on Bozorgmehr Street at the corner of Fariman Alley. It was purchased for the university’s knowledge-based companies using financing from the Innovation and Prosperity Fund. With an area of about 1,120 square metres, it houses some of the university’s knowledge-based companies and opened in the Iranian year 1396 (2017–2018).
