Internet Service Guide

Resident units can submit and track organizational internet-service needs through the Park's infrastructure support process.

Steps to register for an internet account

Internet access guide for Park companies

Please read the registration procedure before registering.

  1. Open the Sarv portal

    Visit www.sarv.aut.ac.ir and select Sign in.

  2. Sign in through My Government

    Sign in through the My Government option.

  3. Enter your information

    Enter your information.

  4. Select the IT centre

    Open the Information and Communication Technology Centre section.

  5. Select Park company accounts

    Open the Science and Technology Park company accounts section.

  6. Open the internet account request form

    Open the company internet account request form (managed by the Science and Technology Park).

  7. Complete the company information

    Complete the company information required for an internet account.

  8. Complete the CEO information

    Next, complete the company CEO’s information.

  9. Save and submit the request

    Finally, select Save and submit.

  10. Receive your internet account details

    After approval by the Park and Amirkabir University IT specialists, the internet account details are sent to the email address provided by the applicant.

  11. Change your password

    After receiving your password, change it at www.id.aut.ac.ir.

  12. View the request result

    You can view the results of your requests in the Requests section.

  13. Follow up with Park IT

    If you have not received your account details after two working days, contact the Park’s IT specialist.
